AND we do all of our work on your purchase, sale or refinance usually for a flat fee which you will know in advance of retaining us.

If you are having a house built:

WE do everything above PLUS deal with your contractor whenever needed.

If you are selling:

WE review your purchase and sale to make sure we know everything that has to be done.

WE fix any problems with title to your property, should they arise.

WE prepare the deed of conveyance for your signature.

WE make sure your existing mortgage is paid off and a Release of Mortgage is registered.
