WE make sure the deed to your property is satisfactory.


WE will order a new survey if one is required.


WE ensure your documents are registered at the Registry of Deeds.


AND we do all of our work on your purchase, sale or refinance usually for a flat fee which you will know in advance of retaining us.


If you are having a house built:

WE do everything above PLUS deal with your contractor whenever needed.


If you are selling:

WE review your purchase and sale to make sure we know everything that has to be done.

WE prepare the deed of conveyance for your signature.
